Eggsham In Your Breakfast

I’m going to be trying these at the weekend ❀

  • It’s four lovely large free range eggs (it makes a difference lol)
  • I grease the cake tin with butter (not really slimming friendly) but needs must πŸ™ˆ
  • Put a bit of chopped tomato in the bottom of each one
  • Β In jug mix the egg, dash of milk, chopped peppers, spring onion and I add chopped ham
  • Mix it all together and divide between each tin bake on 190 for 20 minutes xXx
